Debut from #author Jae De Wylde
Welcome to my daily post.
I have just returned from my weekly trip into Stamford to pay the bills, not usually a very exciting occupation. Today was different – as I went into Walkers bookshop there was a local author doing a book signing of her debut novel. I bought a copy of The Thinking Tank by Jae De Wylde and had it signed. Jae was very pleasant and we spoke for a few minutes as I have been unsuccessfully looking for authors who live in my vicinity. Jae very kindly gave me permission to contact her by e-mail and keep in touch via twitter and Facebook, so I now have my first person to person writing contact. Maybe I can persuade her to be a guest at my book club once I have it established!
Exciting times.
Now all I have to do is get down to some serious writing.
