Crazy Challenge Connection – April 2012 monthly challenge (spell)
I have completed my first challenge.
This was the criteria for the challenge.
Using the letters in the month of “April”, read a book that corresponds to each letter. You may use the first letter of the title, the first letter of the author’s first name, or the first letter of the author’s last name. Please disregard a, an, and the. As a bonus, read a book with “April” in the title, or a book with a main character named “April” (spelling does not have to be exact).
Here are the books I read in April specifically for this challenge.
A – Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom april 24th 2012
P – Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi April 20th 2012
R – Restoration by Olaf Olafsson April 29th 2012
I – I know why the caged bird sings by Maya Angelou April 10th 2012
L – Defending Jacob: A Novel by William Landay April 15th 2012
I intended to read April Fool’s Day by Bryce Courtenay for my bonus book but I unfortunately ran out of time so this will remain on my to be read list for now.
Reviews for all the above books can be found on my Book Reviews page.
I have other challenges under way and will update you with them as I complete or fail.
